Financial Analysis Issues Impacting Title Insurance Professionals
Petrelli addressed the 87th Annual Convention of the Land Title Association of Colorado. He presented his observations of the financial analysis issues impacting title insurance professionals. He reviewed the historical premium volume of the industry, both countrywide and in Colorado, and also examined some of the financial misinformation underlying studies from the General Accountability Office and recent publications that are hostile to title insurance.
