  • The FSR of A′ (A Prime), Unsurpassed, assigned to Alamo Title Insurance has been affirmed.
  • The FSR of A′′ (A Double Prime), Unsurpassed, assigned to Chicago Title Insurance Company has been affirmed.
  • The FSR of A, Exceptional, assigned to Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company has been affirmed.
  • The FSR of A′ (A Prime), Unsurpassed, assigned to Fidelity National Title Insurance Company has been affirmed.

Companies in the First American Group having FSRs affirmed:

  • The FSR of A′ (A Prime), Unsurpassed, assigned to First American Title Insurance Company has been affirmed.
  • The FSR of A, Exceptional, assigned to First American Title Insurance Company of Louisiana has been affirmed.
  • The FSR of A, Exceptional, assigned to Ohio Bar Title Insurance Company has been affirmed.

Companies in the Old Republic Group having FSRs affirmed:

  • The FSR of A′′ (A Double Prime), Unsurpassed, assigned to American Guaranty Title Insurance Company has been affirmed.
  • The FSR of A′′ (A Double Prime), Unsurpassed, assigned to Mississippi Valley Title Insurance Company has been affirmed.
  • The FSR of A′′ (A Double Prime), Unsurpassed, assigned to Old Republic National Title Insurance Company has been affirmed.

Companies in the Stewart Group having FSRs affirmed:

FSRs summarize Demotech’s opinion of the financial stability of a Title underwriter regardless of general economic conditions or the phase of the underwriting cycle. FSRs utilize statutory financial data based on insurance accounting principles prescribed or permitted by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC).Since 1992, Demotech has reviewed the financial stability of Title underwriters and published independent opinions of underwriter financial strength.
