Insolvency Coverage

Petrelli spoke at the CPCU Columbus Chapter Meeting about the potential gap in agent’s errors and omissions (E&O) insurance coverage created by the insolvency of a company without an acceptable rating as specified in the particular E&O policy. He then explained the insolvency gap defense cost coverage developed by Demotech and Century Surety Company to address this potential gap in E&O coverage.
